Greetings!

I know I've been awol for awhile but I've just hadn't had the time to come up with anything to blog about. Not until I mentioned to my friend, Marisol about starting a blog/website about things we like. We actually started becoming vegetarians together and yesterday was the mark of our first month! We wanted to share things such as cooking, baking, DIYs and even start selling clothes. But the latter has been put off until further notice. I thought about how I have just started this blog and it'd be a perfect time to begin collaborating. We already have a couple of ideas stirred up but since its getting close to the holidays, our schedules has made things a little more difficult. (We are also coworkers!) But we're in the process, I promise. The next time we see each other, I will make sure to give you guys more details and maybe even interview each other. We hung out yesterday but I completely forgot about the blog. We had the chance to make breakfast and lunch yesterday and I wrote down all the ingredients we needed and asked her to draw pictures (She's an incredible artist!) And here was the semi- final result.

I didn't get to finish with the instructions and didn't get to take photos of the actual process. That was my fault. I have a photo of the vegan blueberry pancakes but not the eggplant burgers. The patties didn't come out as expected and it was a little too bland.

Hope everyone is enjoying this magnificent weather and hang tight for more updates and let me know how you guys feel about the change!

    1. Yay, fellow veghead!!
It was pretty good. I used WW flour but I want to try WW pastry flour for lighter, fluffier texture but a definitely a decent pancakes. And you can also opt the blueberries out to chocolate chips. Let me know how it goes! :)

      Thank you!
You have a lovely blog and needed a follow back!
